We use strong, fumigated wooden crates (anti-termite) that meet global import regulations for USA, Australia, and Europe.
Tiles are wrapped in plastic and separated by foam sheets to prevent scratches and friction during transit.
Crates are strapped tightly with PET bands and secured inside the container to prevent shifting/movement at sea.
We handle everything up to loading the container onto the vessel at Jakarta/Semarang/Surabaya Port. You handle the ocean freight.

Our standard MOQ is 50 sqm (LCL Shipment). However, for the best shipping rate per meter, we recommend ordering a Full Container Load (approx. 400-600 sqm depending on thickness).
For 1 container (20ft), production time is typically 14 - 21 days depending on the stone type and finish. Custom cuts may take slightly longer.
We accept T/T (Telegraphic Transfer) and L/C (Letter of Credit) for large orders. Typically, a 40-50% down payment is required to start production, with the balance paid against the Bill of Lading copy.
